Danielle Boisvert
Office Manager & Integrative Health Coach
Danielle is an Integrative Health Coach trained through Duke. A standing theme in Danielle’s life has been her search for her own health and wellbeing and her passion for helping others. She is grateful to have found both through Functional Medicine! After overcoming chronic illness, it became her purpose and passion to change her career path and help others accomplish their own health transformations. Now, Danielle uses her training, as well as her personal experience, to help others make lasting lifestyle changes and reach their optimal health. She coaches our patients to success by helping to bridge the gap between Dr. Hansell’s plan and narrowing down specific goals that patients would like to reach- focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleeping habits, stress management, and relationships. She is our patient’s wellness warrior!
In her free time, Danielle enjoys cooking, biking, doing obstacle course races, reading and spending time with her boyfriend Matt and her 2 dogs, Archer and Kaiya.

Rachel Derleth
Patient Coordinator

She has lived most of her life in North Carolina and enjoys traveling and experiencing different places and cultures. Rachel is a proud mother to her daughter Ava who she loves spending time with. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, cooking and socializing with friends and family. She has over 17 years of Customer Service experience and a passion for serving others.
Rachel handles scheduling, answering patient questions, providing care coordination with referrals to other providers and testing, providing encounter forms, and ensuring clinic efficiency by managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic!

Rebekah Cid del Prado

As a patient she has experienced the power of an integrated approach to health and wellness, and believes a balanced fitness routine can add even more value. She takes great joy in developing people in all aspects of their lives and takes pride in watching people learn, grow and be successful. She believes that this drive can help others in reaching their fitness goals.

In her spare time, Rebekah likes to read, go for hikes with her husband and dog, and, of course, squeeze in a good workout.
