Rachel Derleth
Patient Coordinator
Rachel Derleth is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has a degree in Design and Marketing from The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham. She has lived most of her life in North Carolina and enjoys traveling and experiencing different places and cultures. Rachel is a proud mother to her daughter Ava who she loves spending time with. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, cooking and socializing with friends and family. She has over 17 years of Customer Service experience and a passion for serving others.
Rachel handles scheduling, answering patient questions, providing care coordination with referrals to other providers and testing, providing encounter forms, and ensuring clinic efficiency by managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic!

Amanda Fournier
Personal Trainer
Amanda Fournier is our personal trainer. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Health Promotion and holds one of the highest certifications as a Certified CrossFit Trainer, CCFT. She loves helping people develop a relationship with exercise while discovering a deeper understanding of themselves in the process. She also has certifications in gymnastics, flexibility, scaling movement, and pregnancy/postpartum exercise. She currently also coaches at a local CrossFit gym and one of her favorite classes to coach has been the Longevity Class where she engages athletes in their 70s, all of which can now deadlift their body weight!

Danielle Boisvert
Office Manager, Integrative Health Coach &
Holy Fire III® Reiki Master Teacher
Danielle is an Integrative Health Coach trained through Duke with a passion for helping people navigate complex health journeys. After experiencing her own path through chronic illness, she developed a deep appreciation for looking beyond symptoms and supporting the whole person.
As Office Manager at The Hansell Center, Danielle serves as the bridge between patients and their provider, helping guide them through every step of their experience. Whether coordinating care, answering questions, or ensuring patients feel informed and supported, she is dedicated to making the process as seamless and compassionate as possible.
Drawing from both her professional training and personal experience, Danielle believes healing happens through education, partnership and feeling truly heard. She is committed to helping every patient feel supported throughout their journey at The Hansell Center.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her longtime partner, Matt, and their two dogs, Archer and Zia.
