Personal Training
We offer in-house or virtual personal training and personalized workout programing for all skill levels.
Our 1:1 personal training sessions are 1 hour in duration and includes the following:
1. Functional movement assessments
2. Strength training segment
3. Balance assessments with accessory work
4. Metabolic conditioning workout toward the end of the session that incorporates aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic exercise (lifting, gymnastics).
